I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. (Jude 1:5 KJV)

Sometimes the Lord does have to put us in remembrance of things we know so very well, but we have either ignored or hidden them.

If you've attended one service at most churches, you have heard the gospel message and you have heard how to be saved. If you haven't, oh, how I wish you would! If you can't come to the church to hear it, it’s on this website and the others listed in the sidebar.

Jesus wept over Jerusalem, given to us in both (Matthew 23:37) and (Luke 13:34) "How often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!"

That exclamation point isn't mine -- the emphasis came from the divinely inspired author. Do you feel sorry for Jerusalem? Don't. Their time is long gone. Today there are many who push Him away when He wants to gather His children into His protection.

My goodness! Wouldn't you rather be protected by the wings of our Lord than face the perils of this world alone? Remember, though ye once knew this, that the Lord saved -- yet afterward destroyed them that believed not.

Sorry to be so blunt, but the message is very plain. Unlike widely varying shades of gray, God offers us black and white -- believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. Believe not, and perish.

Please do not accept my words for this. Look to the Bible where the message is repeated over and over again, verse after verse after verse. God loves. God saves. God has eternal plans for each of His children. Read your Bible, find your roadmap and join us as He puts us in remembrance of His salvation.
