As we all know, in our professions we are given the things that we need to complete a said task. Well, God is no different! 2 Peter 1:3 states “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”
I have developed several things that I would like to share, that we might say is getting back to basics. In the way of life
The Way of Life
| Proverbs 6:23 | For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life: |
| Proverbs 10:17 | He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. |
| Proverbs 15:24 | The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath. |
| Jeremiah 21:8 | And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I set before you the way of life, and the way of death. |
1. Live with Hope ~ 1 Corinthians 15.51-57
a. Salvation
To have hope the very first thing that is needed is salvation. We cannot have the victory in Jesus if we do not belong to Him. (Revelation 21)
b. Christ is our Hope
We can live our lives day to day without the fear that we are not going to heaven. God has promised that He would never leave me nor forsake me, and that no man can pluck me out of His hand.
(John 10.28-29; Hebrews 6.19, 13.5)
**How do we gain the Hope?
We must read and understand the Word of God
We must act on what we have read
Romans 8:24-25 “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.”

Romans 14:12 says, “Every one of us shall give an account of himself to God.” This is saying that whatever a person feels led by God to do, that he should do it. No man can think for another, work for another, or receive salvation for another. Every man, woman, boy, or girl is responsible with the light he or she receives from God.
