The Rewards from God ~ Isaiah 45.22
In this devotion this morning I am reminded of the great rewards that God has given to us.
1. If we look to Jesus, we will be saved.
2. If we seek the Kingdom of God, our provisions will be taken care of.
3. If we tithe and give offerings, the windows of heaven will be opened.
4. If we build our lives on the solid rock of Jesus, we will withstand the storms.
5. If we take our eyes off Jesus, we will sink.
With any reward there was priced that had to be paid. I am reminded of the price that needed to be paid for me and Jesus willingly went the cross for me, and as I believe – He had me in mind personally.
Would a marathon runner forsake the reward of winning a race he sacrificed for? Would a football player of baseball player forsake their championship ring they gave their lives too? To me these answers are NO…
Colossians 2:18 “Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,”
